Build three scenarios
Estimate a conservative, expected, and stronger-demand case. For each, enter completed jobs, revenue per job, direct cost per job, and fixed monthly costs. Calculate contribution and cash needs. Keep assumptions visible and do not treat the stronger-demand case as a promise.
Attach the evidence
Keep equipment and insurance quotes, facility information, applicable permits, agreements, and market research with the plan. For financing, ask the lender what additional projections and supporting documents it needs. This page is an operating worksheet, not a completed loan application.
Make marketing match operations
Assign a realistic budget, a person responsible for answering leads, and a process for updating availability. Include the full cost of advertising management and media separately. Review lead quality and completed jobs rather than traffic alone.
