Pricing & Payments

Everything about costs, payment plans, deposits, and ROI.

Basic Pricing
Our current pricing is always listed on our website pricing page. We keep pricing there so it stays up to date.
The Basic package is $2,997 total (split into 2 payments of $1,498.50). It’s a 7-page custom website including the core pages every dumpster business needs: Home, About, Contact Us, and Service Areas. It’s SEO-ready, mobile-optimized, and live in 2-7 days. Recommended when the budget is tight or SEO research shows extra pages aren’t worth it for your area.

The SEO Jumpstart package is $4,397 total (split into 2 payments of $2,198.50). It includes everything in Basic plus 7 dedicated city pages, county pages included free, SEMrush-powered keyword research, advanced on-page SEO, and a growth roadmap. 16+ pages total, live in 5-14 days. Over 70% of clients with this package land on the first page of Google. Recommended when SEO research shows real ranking potential in surrounding cities and the budget supports it.

Both packages allow you to add pages a la carte for an additional fee. For the most serious operators, we also offer installment plans (Growth and Domination) where we build a massive site over time at a monthly rate — at a significant discount versus buying outright. Package recommendations are based solely on SEO research and your budget. No strong-arming.
“Expensive” is relative. We are one of the only web development companies niched down exclusively to dumpster rental businesses. Our systems, processes, and expertise are purpose-built for this industry. With 30,000+ hours of experience, 250+ sites built, and 70% of clients ranking on the first page of Google without ongoing SEO, the quality and speed we deliver likely makes us underpriced. Our packages are set to be accessible for any serious dumpster business that values expert, industry-specific work.
Our systems are built to handle a high volume of dumpster rental businesses efficiently. Most agencies aren’t niched down, which means unrefined processes, no AI acceleration, and business models that only work by charging more. We’ve built the factory — they’re still hand-making each appliance.
The standalone packages (Basic at $2,997 and SEO Jumpstart at $4,397) are one-time costs split into two payments. The only ongoing and unavoidable fee is hosting ($47/month for managed hosting), available on a monthly or annual plan. You can optionally add VIP support at a monthly rate, but it’s not required. Installment plan clients (Growth and Domination) pay monthly for the duration of their term, and hosting and support are included depending on the plan.
Yes. For standalone websites, you can use services like Klarna to finance the site when prompted to pay after signing the agreement. We receive the full payment from Klarna; you make payments to them. For installment packages, we offer two tiers — Growth and Domination — at 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year terms. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments. Growth starts at $99 the first month (limited offer), then $547/mo on a 1-year plan, $297/mo on 2 years, or $225/mo on 3 years. Domination starts at $447 the first month, then $897/mo, $447/mo, or $334/mo depending on term length. Installment plans are only recommended for serious operators.
No discounts on standalone packages. However, paying in full upfront grants VIP status and expedited delivery. The discounted pricing is on the installment plans (Growth and Domination), where committing to a longer term gets you a bigger site at a lower total cost — you can save $2,400-$5,000+ versus buying outright depending on the plan and term.
All major credit cards except AMEX. To avoid credit card processing fees, you can opt for ACH.
Only after the 2 included revision cycles. Each revision can be as in-depth as you want — pages long if needed — but we do ask that revisions are thoughtful and not backtracked on. Measure twice, cut once. After your 2 cycles, additional revisions are billed at $75/hour.
No. The only possible ongoing fees are hosting and support, and only if you’re not on an installment plan where both are already included.
Deposit & Payment Structure
To ensure we’re only working with serious operators. The deposit is non-refundable and represents your commitment to the project. We’ve invested serious time on sites only to hear “Sorry, we decided not to start the business after all.” That won’t happen again.
Non-refundable. Only sign up if you’re serious.
Upon launch or 30 days after the first payment — whichever comes first. Delays caused by slow client responses, missing access, or mid-project scope changes don’t pause the clock.
Don’t sign up if there’s any reason you won’t be able to pay at launch or at the 30-day mark. Every week the payment is late incurs a $250 late fee. You do not have access to or own the site until the final payment is made.
Not under normal circumstances. If something catastrophic happens caused clearly by our negligence, we will issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you deviate from our instructions and it causes an issue or delay, no refund. That said, we will always work with you until you are satisfied. We fight to deliver value.
Simple: we don’t issue refunds. If we deviate from the agreed process, we make it right with bonus work — extra pages, a press release, citations, or whatever delivers real value to your business. We will always work to make things right regardless.
Value & ROI
We show you the SEO research for your area and offer a plan the data supports. We never offer something the data doesn’t back. We’ll also show you results from hundreds of other dumpster businesses — $27M+ in revenue generated for our clients in 2025 alone.
ROI depends on what you do with the opportunities we create. We can make the phone ring and get bookings through the door, but if you don’t answer or can’t fulfill, results won’t follow. Your ROI is also heavily dependent on your market and competition. Easy area with low competition? Expect a flood of new leads. High-competition market? Expect a tougher climb to page one. We’ll show you exactly what the data says for your area so there are no surprises.
Divide the cost of your website by your average dumpster rental price. That’s how many bookings it takes to break even. For most operators in viable markets, that happens fast.
Whatever reason just came to your head is probably the right one. Don’t have time? Don’t have the skills? Want a site built on the best platform in the space by people who’ve done it 250+ times for dumpster businesses specifically? Whatever you build as an unskilled web developer will eventually need to be redone. Pay once and get it right, or pay twice.
Maybe they’re great. Maybe they take months to launch a site that doesn’t do what you need or look how you want. If you want it done right the first time by professionals who’ve built 250+ dumpster rental websites, hire us. Same reason your customers don’t just use their friend’s pickup truck to haul garbage.
You’re paying for certainty. It’s the same reason you’re not the cheapest dumpster rental in your market (and shouldn’t be). Your customers could buy a cheap dumpster off Facebook Marketplace — maybe they get what they want, maybe they get scammed. You’re paying for the best dumpster rental web development company in the industry to run the online side of your business.
Package & Scope
Home, About Us, Contact Us, Service Areas, and additional pages for a 7-page custom website total. SEO built into every page, booking software connected, mobile-optimized, social media and GBP linked, 100% ownership with no lock-in. Live in 2-7 days. This is the starting point — don’t expect it to deliver the results the SEO Jumpstart package delivers. Recommended only for tight budgets or markets where extra city pages don’t make sense.
Everything in Basic plus 7 dedicated city pages, county pages included free, SEMrush-powered keyword research, advanced on-page SEO, a growth roadmap, and 6 months free support. 16+ pages total, live in 5-14 days. Only recommended when the SEO research data warrants it and the budget supports it.
Yes. You can add or replace pages with whatever you want. If your ideas work against your goals, we’ll recommend an alternative, but if you’re set on doing it your way, we’ll build it. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you — we’ve done hundreds of these and know what works.
You can add as many cities as the SEO research supports. There’s a per-page fee, discounted when you order 6 or more. Current a la carte pricing is on our /pricing page.
Same per-page pricing with the bulk discount at 6+. Visit our /pricing page for current rates.
Yes. Our installment plans (Growth and Domination) include monthly page expansion — Growth adds 1-2 new pages per month (30 pages total), Domination adds 2-4 per month (53 pages total). Both include full SEO on every page, booking software connected, and support for the entire term. Domination also includes an AI branded photo pack and hosting. Beyond installment plans, we also offer standalone SEO plans that keep your website growing in authority and rankings month after month.
You’ll have the opportunity to give us your exact design specifications during onboarding. We also offer our “Chinese Reverse Engineering” service free of charge — give us a website (or parts of multiple websites) you admire, and we’ll replicate the design with your branding and information. Down to the pixel.
You can’t switch packages after the fact, but you can order additional city pages individually or in bulk at any time. If you think you’ll want the SEO Jumpstart later and have the budget now, we recommend going with it from the start if the research supports it.
No. Every website is optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet from day one.
Only if you’re on the Domination installment plan or an active SEO plan. The Growth installment plan does not include hosting ($47/month additional). For standalone sites (Basic and SEO Jumpstart), hosting is a separate monthly or annual fee. Current pricing is on our /pricing page.
Timeline & Delivery

Delivery speed, the 30-Day Guarantee, and what to expect when.

General Timeline
Basic: 2-7 days. SEO Jumpstart: 5-14 days. Installment plans launch your 7-page site in month one, then expand monthly after that. All packages carry our 30-Day Launch Guarantee: if the site isn’t ready within 30 days of receiving everything we need from you, we’ll make it right with bonus work added to your project at no charge. Industry average is 60-90 days. We are not the industry average.
Smaller packages = faster delivery. Larger packages = longer delivery. Specific timelines are outlined during the consultation and in your service agreement based on current workload.
30,000+ hours of web development experience in just the dumpster industry. That level of specialization combined with our proprietary AI-powered systems means there isn’t a developer in this space that can keep up with us.
Same day. If you urgently need a site live, we’ll do everything in our power to deliver same-day or next-day. If we can’t complete the full site in that window, we’ll launch you with something functional so you can start making money. Otherwise, all clients are served in the order they arrive.
Yes.
With full upfront payment, we expedite delivery at no additional charge.
Just tell us when. Keep in mind the final 50% is due at launch or at 30 days — whichever comes first — regardless of the timeline.
30-Day Guarantee
We guarantee your website will be ready to launch within 30 days of receiving your signed agreement, 50% deposit, and completed onboarding form — assuming nothing outside our control slows it down (delayed approvals on your end, missing content, scope changes mid-build, etc.). If we miss the deadline due to something on our side, we’ll make it right with bonus work: extra pages, a press release, citation building, or whatever fits your business best. 250+ sites launched. Never had to honor it once.
When all three are complete: signed service agreement, 50% deposit paid, and completed onboarding form submitted.
We make it right. Depending on what fits your business, that could mean extra pages added at no charge, a press release on the house, citation building, or another bonus that delivers real value. The goal is to make sure you walk away glad it happened.
Never. Not due to our own fault.
Client-side deviation from the agreed scope and process: taking more than 48 hours to respond, failing to provide requested materials or access, requesting scope changes mid-project, or exceeding 2 revision rounds.
Website projects only.
We’ll figure it out like adults and come to a fair resolution. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If we make a mistake, we’ll make sure you benefit enough that you’re glad it happened.
Process Timeline
Before the call, we do in-depth SEO research for your area. During the meeting, we walk you through your research and help you decide on the right package based on the data and your budget. After the meeting, we send an onboarding email to collect your signature, payment, and onboarding form. That’s the only effort required from you.
20 minutes to 1 hour. If our schedule allows, we’ll stay longer. We’ve done enough of these to make them fast and effective — that’s the advantage of working with a company this specialized.
5-20 minutes. Often we can send it before the call ends if you’re sure about your package.
About 20 minutes if you have everything ready. But we don’t need all the information upfront. Every field on the form maps to a specific spot on the website. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know upon delivery with a list of what we still need. Don’t let the form hold you up — submit what you have and we’ll get the rest later.
Within the estimated delivery window outlined in your meeting and agreement. If anything causes a delay, we’ll notify you with a new ETA so you’re never left wondering.
Two. Each can be as in-depth as you need. Use them wisely.
Typically 1 business day per round. That’s why we limit it to 2 — make each one count and be thorough.
At launch or 30 days after first payment, whichever comes first.
Same day, as long as you’ve provided the domain access we need to connect and launch.
The Process

Getting started, the consultation, onboarding, the build, and launch.

Getting Started
Book a consultation at https://schedule.magnateproseo.com/book-a-meeting. That’s it.
Nothing. We do the research before the call and walk you through everything. That’s part of what makes this a premium service.
No. That’s your business, not ours.
No. During onboarding, you can either provide access to an existing domain, follow our instructions to purchase one yourself, or opt to have us buy it on your behalf and transfer ownership upon launch.
No. If you haven’t purchased a domain yet, we can show you how or handle it for you.
No. We prefer you don’t, since we host all sites under our agency account on WordPress. If you’re set on using your own hosting, let us know before we start building to avoid a migration fee and the risk of breaking things during transfer.
We offer logo creation services you can opt into during onboarding.
We can create professional AI-generated photos during onboarding that look better than what a photographer would produce (and cost less). You can also send real photos later and we’ll update the site at no charge.
Yes. Pricing can take time. We can add it closer to the end of the build.
The Consultation
We show you the SEO research for your area and nail down a package based on the data and your budget. We’ll also show you clear evidence our process works — results from hundreds of other dumpster businesses.
Yes. That said, we value our time. Don’t book unless you’re actively in the market for a new website. If you’re just shopping around, send us a text or email and we’ll provide whatever info you need.
Slotted for an hour, typically runs 20 minutes to an hour depending on your questions.
Nothing. Covered above.
No. We’re not salesmen. We’re web developers and data analysts who use real data to guide recommendations. If the data doesn’t support an offer, we won’t make one. You make your decision in private via the email we send after the meeting.
Take all the time you need. The onboarding email is your single point of reference to get started. Whether it’s an hour after the meeting or 30 days later, just revisit that email and follow the steps.
Partners, family, an SEO expert with 15 more years of experience than us — we don’t care who’s on the call as long as the decision maker is present.
We prefer business hours, but if weekends are your only option, we’ll make time.
Onboarding & Information
Every piece of information we need: contact info, about section content, pricing, service areas, dumpster sizes and specs, design preferences, colors, logos, and photos.
About 20 minutes if you have everything ready. But don’t let missing info prevent you from submitting. Fill out what you can and we’ll collect the rest later.
Everything the form asks for, but nothing is strictly required to submit. Fill out what you can. If we’re missing something, we’ll let you know.
Submit the form anyway. Don’t overthink it. We’ll follow up on anything missing.
Yes. Call, text, or email us with updates anytime.
Only if your domain is already registered. We’ll send instructions during onboarding. We can also purchase the domain for you and transfer ownership.
Only if you already have one AND want the site hosted there. Do not tell us you want custom hosting after we’ve started building. Migrating a completed site requires full upfront payment plus a $300 inconvenience fee and carries risk of breaking things. Let us know in the meeting.
We don’t strictly need photos, but we’ll gladly use any you have. If you have none, you can describe your dumpsters and opt for our AI photo package — they look professional, established, and are better (and cheaper) than what a photographer would produce.
Yes, but they won’t look great. The AI photo option is the better move.
No. Give us the info in the onboarding form and we handle all copywriting. Thousands of hours of experience plus an AI-powered system that gets the content on brand and error-free.
During the Build
Your first look is upon initial delivery. This avoids unnecessary back and forth and lets us work fast. You then get 2 in-depth revision cycles.
As often as you need. We’re always online, so if you feel out of the loop, reach out and we’ll update you. Otherwise, we only reach out if the project is taking longer than expected or we need critical information. We’re not the company you need to micromanage.
You can, but every change may push the timeline. Any deviation from the agreed scope voids the 30-Day Guarantee. We recommend sharing preferences during onboarding, then making changes after you see the first delivery.
Wait until you see the first iteration, then request changes during your revision cycles.
We’ll provide you with our team phone number and email address.
Let us know and be specific about what you do and don’t like. We can’t read your mind, but with clear feedback we’ll course-correct in the revision cycles.
We send you a preview link. You write up a detailed revision request. You’re limited to 2 rounds, but each round can be as long and detailed as you need. Be sure of yourself — double work wastes everyone’s time.
2 cycles, unlimited requests per cycle.
Anything not involving building a new page, new tool, or a serious overhaul is a revision.
Launch & Handoff
We connect your domain to the site (using access you’ve already provided or that we’ve set up), ensure all software integrations are working, and the site goes live. If no booking software is in place, we set up inquiry forms and click-to-call functionality.
Yes. If you’ve already purchased the domain, we’ll send instructions for providing backend access. If not, we can purchase, launch, and transfer ownership for you.
No.
Yes.
We’ll fix it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t involve new pages, new tools, or major overhauls caused by human error or a simple change of mind.
Yes. Call, text, or email and we’ll walk you through whatever you need. A purchasable website tutorial is coming soon. For now, training is free.
You’ll have full ownership and backend admin access. Between our team and the thousands of WordPress tutorials on YouTube, you’ll be covered.
Full ownership and admin access.
SEO & Rankings

How SEO works, ranking expectations, research, and local strategy.

General SEO
Yes. Every site we build has the best possible SEO foundation. You’ll either start ranking from our work alone, or at minimum have the perfect base to build on. 70% of the pages we target rank on the first page of Google.
In our case, it means thorough keyword research using professional tools and strategic on-page keyword placement across your site.
We do the basics correctly and methodically. While other companies pretend they have secret sauce, we do what works. We let the data and your budget determine if running SEO is worth pursuing. If your data or budget doesn’t support it, we won’t offer it.
Only if the on-page SEO we include doesn’t get you where you want to be. Our recommendation: let us optimize the site, see how Google responds over a few months, and then if you’re struggling to crack the first page in certain areas, invest in focused technical SEO (backlinks, blogs, citations, press releases) for those specific targets. Only pay for ongoing SEO if you have surplus budget and the data supports it.
Monthly SEO and AI SEO are one $3,000/month service. SEO Jumpstart is a separate $4,397 website package with seven dedicated city pages. Learn about SEO + AI SEO or compare website packages.
The included SEO is one-time keyword research and on-page placement. Ongoing technical SEO includes monthly services like page additions, backlink acquisition, citations, blogs, and press releases.
Ranking Expectations
Yes, but placement depends on keyword difficulty. Keywords with 10% or less difficulty have a 70% chance of landing on the first page. Lower difficulty = higher likelihood of ranking #1. Higher difficulty = more work needed beyond on-page SEO alone.
3 weeks to 3 months, depending on your market. Outliers exist, but plan for that range.
No, but we can show you what the data says. In easy markets, first page is nearly guaranteed. In difficult markets, we can tell you with high confidence that on-page SEO alone won’t be enough.
Of the hundreds of pages we’ve built targeting keywords with less than 10% difficulty, 70% of them make it to the first page of Google. So if we build you 10 city pages, expect about 7 to rank while 3 may need additional effort.
Competitive markets usually have one major city everyone is fighting for. That often leaves openings in smaller surrounding cities with high search traffic but far less competition. If budget is a concern, we recommend targeting those. If the data supports it and budget allows, we recommend the SEO Jumpstart or a larger installment package.
Then a big website doesn’t make sense. For low-volume areas, we recommend the Basic package optimized for your main location. No point in targeting cities that don’t have substantial traffic.
You’ll receive the full SEO research document showing the highest-searched keyword in every city within a 50-mile radius of your location. All cities worth targeting are highlighted in green.
That won’t happen for keywords we’ve identified as viable targets.
Yes. We’ll show you dozens of dumpster businesses currently ranking on Google through keyword research and placement alone.
SEO Research & Strategy
The process of using professional software to identify the highest-searched keywords people use when looking for dumpster rentals in your area. This research tells us which cities and keywords are worth building pages for on your website — and which aren’t.
SEMrush, Google Maps, Onx Hunts, and more.
The primary SEO research platform we use. We’ll show you how it works during the consultation.
We don’t decide — you do. We present the data showing which cities could be worth targeting based on your service area and goals. You choose from the master list.
The search area around your base location where we research every city’s keyword data for dumpster rental searches.
High volume (10+ searches per month), low difficulty (10% or less), and it’s a location you actually want to serve. Cities with 15%+ difficulty are still worth targeting but shouldn’t be expected to rank with on-page SEO alone.
Search volume is how many times people search that exact keyword per month. It tells you how many potential customers are looking for dumpster rentals in a given area. High volume + low difficulty = high ROI potential. High volume + high difficulty = tougher climb, lower initial ROI.
Difficulty indicates how hard it will be to rank for that keyword. Covered in the answer above.
Yes, it’s yours to keep — even if you go with a smaller package, you leave with the roadmap forward. The research is provided with your purchase.
No. Keyword targeting is data-driven. We present the research and you pick from the options we’ve identified.
Technical SEO
Our ongoing services: schema markup, citations, backlinks, press releases, blogs, and Google Business Profile optimization/management.
Yes. Optimized for all devices.
Yes. Hard-coded on WordPress with WP Rocket. As fast as it can possibly be.
Yes. If you provide photos or opt for AI images, we optimize them with alt text and proper formatting.
Basic schema is included on all standalone sites. More complex schema is available through an SEO plan.
Yes. Included.
Only if you’re on a Google Ads plan.
Yes. Submitted immediately upon launch for expedited indexing.
Yes. This is one of the most critical steps — it’s where the keywords we research get applied.
We can optimize your GBP for a fee (included in SEO plans), or you can use our free GBP optimization checklist on our website — integrated with ChatGPT so you provide your business info and get tailored step-by-step instructions. Saves you the $750/month other companies charge for the same thing.
Local SEO
Optimizing your website and online presence to rank locally for keywords people search when looking for dumpster rentals in your area.
Yes.
Yes. That’s the entire point of the SEO research document — identifying locations we can build pages for. You can only target one keyword per page, so location pages are critical for reaching multiple areas.
The service area page is the overview of where you operate. City and county pages are dedicated pages targeting each specific city or county you serve.
Only on SEO plans. Most companies charge separately for GBP work; we include it.
We can tell you exactly what to do. We used to offer full CRM setups, but with platforms like iCANS handling that side, we now focus on websites, SEO, Google Ads, and select iCANS-exclusive software add-ons.
Yes, if on an SEO plan.
Yes, if on an SEO plan.
Website Design & Features

Design, functionality, mobile, and technical questions.

Design
All websites are hard-coded. During onboarding you specify how you want the site to look. If you’re not specific, we design what we think fits based on the info you provide. If you have specific sites to emulate, we can do that too. We work with you until you’re 100% satisfied.
Yes. Visit our /portfolio page.
Yes. We also offer the “Reverse Engineering” method — give us the link to any website you admire and we’ll replicate it with your branding and info.
That’s what revision cycles are for. We won’t launch until you love it.
2 cycles. Be thorough and be specific.
Absolutely. We prefer it.
It will look more professional than the most established dumpster business in your market.
They’ll envy it.
Yes, available during onboarding.
Of course.
Functionality
Yes, if you have booking software (iCANS, DRS, Docket, Wayste, Trash Labs, etc.). Without software, we create inquiry forms and click-to-call buttons.
Yes. We set up inquiry forms.
Yes, tailored with whatever input fields you want.
Yes.
Yes. We embed a map for all service areas.
Yes.
Yes, for an additional fee.
Yes. We connect your Google Business Profile to automatically populate new 5-star reviews on the site. Only 5-star reviews appear.
Yes. We can set up a blog page.
Yes, but we strongly recommend uploading to YouTube and embedding from there. It’s faster, doesn’t slow the site down, and has better SEO value.
Yes. We ask for all links during onboarding.
Mobile & Technical
Yes.
Yes.
As fast as possible. Hard-coded on WordPress with WP Rocket.
Yes.
WordPress.
Yes. Once paid in full, you get full ownership and admin access to the backend.
There’s a learning curve, but between our support and YouTube, you’ll be fine. You learned to back up a trailer too.
Software Integrations

Booking software, CRM, payment processors, and more.

General Integrations
Yes. Any booking software on the market.
iCANS, DRS, Docket, Trash Labs, Wayste, Bin Boss, and more. Basically anything.
No extra cost for integrations on sites we build.
We’ll figure it out. They all work the same way at a fundamental level.
Typically, your software provider gives you an embed code that we place in an iframe on the site. We’ve done this many times — don’t worry about the technical side.
Only if you have booking software. Otherwise, they can use a contact form or click-to-call.
Customers can see pricing. Availability is handled by your software provider.
Specific Software
Yes to all.
Yes, but only GoHighLevel. CRM integrations beyond that are rare in this space.
No. That’s a question for your software provider.
Yes.
Yes. Unlike software providers, we’ll never hold your website hostage. If you switch, we integrate the new software free of charge.
Ownership & Control

Who owns what, domain control, hosting, and admin access.

Ownership
Yes. Once paid in full, the website is completely yours.
Your domain and the website on our hosted platform.
Yes. You own the domain and website after full payment. If you want to migrate off our hosted platform, you’ll need a new hosting account set up and a one-time $500 migration fee. Or hire someone else to handle it and we’ll coordinate.
Yes. We’ve worked with many businesses that sold to new owners. We’ll work with your new owner to make the web side of the transition seamless.
Only if you haven’t paid in full. The site isn’t yours until it’s completely paid for.
We won’t. But if that ever somehow happened, it wouldn’t be sudden, and we’d ensure all clients are taken care of.
No. The only ongoing dependency would be if you choose not to maintain the site yourself, in which case we offer VIP support.
Domain & Hosting
Yes. Even if we purchase it for you, ownership is transferred to you.
Yes. We can purchase on your behalf and transfer ownership at launch, or show you how to buy it yourself along with access instructions.
We’ll provide instructions for giving us backend access so we can launch the site.
You. Always you. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Two types. Domain hosting is where your URL lives — costs about $11-$15/year paid directly to the registrar (enable auto-renew). Website hosting is what keeps your designed website live on the internet. We host all sites under our WordPress agency account and charge a monthly or annual fee. Hosting under our account doesn’t mean you don’t own the site — you can migrate at any time, though it incurs a fee.
Yes. It’s an unavoidable cost.
Yes, under our WordPress agency account. Monthly or annual billing. Annual is the better deal.
Current pricing is on our /pricing page.
Yes, but you must pay for the entire website upfront plus an inconvenience fee. Let us know before we start building.
GoDaddy or Namecheap for domain hosting (skip the upsells). WordPress for website hosting.
We can’t launch without an active hosted domain. For website hosting, if you don’t pay within 1 week of the due date, we temporarily deactivate the site until you do. We shouldn’t have to cover your hosting.
Access & Control
Yes. Upon full payment, you receive ownership and complete backend access.
Yes. Full backend access — you can do anything we can do.
Yes.
Yes.
Restore the last backup. If you really mess it up, you can hire us to fix it. Simple fixes are on us; anything complex gets billed hourly (unless on VIP support or an included package).
Yes. It’s your site. We are not responsible for errors made by third parties, and if a new developer breaks something, we may charge to fix it.
Yes. You or we just need to provide them access.
Only installment packages have contracts, and they’re flexible. Good season? We can shorten the term and adjust the rate. Slow months? We can extend and lower the payment. Hard times? One-month grace period. You’re committed, but we make it easy to flex. Only recommended for serious operators who aren’t going to quit or ghost on payments.
Post-Launch Support

What happens after launch, updates, maintenance, and emergency support.

About Magnate
A full-stack, AI-powered web development company built exclusively for the dumpster rental industry. We build websites, run SEO, manage Google Ads, and develop software add-ons exclusively for iCANS users.
David Grissom (CTO) and Jack Reed (CEO) are best friends and co-founders. They met in the Navy — David was an acoustic operator, Jack an electronic warfare operator, both on anti-submarine aircraft. David is a California native and owns Mammoth Dump, a dumpster rental business in Merced, CA.
4.5 years in the dumpster industry. 3.5 years in web development and marketing for dumpster businesses.
Because it’s the only way to deliver the quality and speed we do. Being niched down means every system, process, and tool is purpose-built for this one industry.

We don’t have a Google Business Profile set up yet (it’s on the list). We can show you testimonials and correspondence from satisfied clients.
We’re their preferred website vendor. iCANS outsources all website work to us, which lets them focus on software while ensuring clients own their sites independently. We also have a resident software engineer who builds exclusive add-ons for iCANS users.
We run the entire online operation — website, ticket sales, email marketing, everything. Each year we attend the 2-day event, meet with clients, and share industry insights from the stage. We also distribute free and discounted tickets to our clients.
Close friend. We run the website and SEO for his companies American AF Dumpster and Live Oak Dumpster Rentals in DFW. We also handle the website and marketing for Dumpster Expo and its newsletter (1,000+ subscribers).
Yes. Multiple appearances on the American AF podcast, keynote spots at The Dumpster Expo, Dumpster Rentals 101 (Facebook group), and more.
Trust Concerns
Because this is our passion, our livelihood, and how we provide for our families. Our reputation is everything. We will never ghost you.
You’ll test the site before it goes live via a preview link. After launch, you’ll get a live link to verify everything before promoting. We also run quality assurance on every site before launch.
We have a satisfaction guarantee. We work with you until you’re satisfied. 2 revision cycles, as in-depth as you want. We don’t launch until you love it.
We handle disagreements respectfully and with your best interests in mind. If you still want to go a certain direction after hearing our recommendation, we’ll build it your way.
Yes. Every package includes a service agreement.
Depends on your package. The agreement covers scope, timeline, payment terms, and guarantees.
No. The contract won’t make sense without understanding the value behind it. We also don’t distribute contracts in advance because competitors have sent people to copy our systems.
No. Minor issues come up like any business, but they’re rare and resolved when everyone follows the agreement and process.
No refunds unless we clearly deviated from the agreement. If you’re on the fence, not serious, or have commitment issues, we’re not the right fit. We don’t have time for that.

We don’t talk about competitors. We’d rather show you what we do and let the results speak for themselves. If you want to compare, look at portfolios, ask for references, and see who has proof.
