What Google Ads Cost a Dumpster Rental Company
Magnate’s dumpster rental Google Ads management costs $997 per month, plus a minimum $1,500 per month in ad spend paid to Google. That is a $2,497 minimum ongoing monthly total.
Book a callSeparate the three costs
Ad spend buys advertising. Management pays for the agency service. Website or landing-page work may be a separate project and should be clarified before you start. Do not compare an agency’s fee-only quote with another provider’s combined budget.
Track cost per booked rental
Cost per click helps diagnose a campaign, but it does not show whether the campaign makes money. Keep counts for inquiries, qualified leads, booked rentals, and completed jobs.
- Advertising cost per booking: ad spend divided by bookings attributed to ads.
- Cost per booking including management: ad spend plus management fee, divided by those bookings.
- Contribution after acquisition: rental revenue less direct job costs and acquisition cost.
Illustrative arithmetic, not client performance: if $1,500 in spend produced 20 bookings, ad spend per booking would be $75. Including a $997 management fee, the figure would be $124.85. That example says nothing about the booking count your market will produce.
Set the budget against your delivery capacity
Start with how many additional jobs you can fulfill, which container sizes are available, and the contribution those jobs generate. Include hauling, disposal, fuel, labor, and payment costs when evaluating the economics. A full calendar with unprofitable routes is not the objective.
If inquiries exceed capacity, inspect which locations and sizes drive demand before increasing spend. Buying more containers or accepting brokered overflow has operational costs that belong in the decision.
What changes the result?
Competition, location, seasonality, landing-page clarity, phone response, pricing, and available inventory all matter. There is no single national cost-per-lead figure that can substitute for your own completed-job data.
